CronoBranding
CronoBranding is a speculative branding framework that transforms historical icons into contemporary brands, translating legacy, values and cultural heritage into future-oriented brand systems.
Project Overview
CronoBranding is a research-driven branding framework developed as part of the Master’s Thesis in Branding and Brand Management at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
The project explores how iconic historical figures can be reinterpreted as contemporary brands, not through nostalgia, but by translating their values, vision and cultural impact into modern brand systems.
By combining historical research, brand strategy and storytelling, CronoBranding proposes a method to build brands rooted in the past while designed for the future.
A speculative branding framework used to create Vinci Visions and Cleo, two brands inspired by Leonardo da Vinci and Cleopatra

Project Objective
The objective of CronoBranding was to explore new ways of building brands by using time, history and cultural memory as strategic assets.
The project aims to demonstrate how branding can move beyond trends and aesthetics, creating meaningful connections through narrative, heritage and long-term vision.
